Dang Dude will bring modern Asian-inspired street food offerings to The Collective. The menu will showcase inventive interpretations of dumplings, pot stickers, and spring rolls, alongside double-fried Asian-style chicken wings. Signature dishes like Rou-jia-mo, a homemade Chinese flatbread stuffed with pork, beef, or tofu, and playful Boba Teas will also be featured. The restaurant will prioritize vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diets, utilizing homemade vegan fish sauce and gluten-free noodles and dumpling wrappers whenever possible.
Gallito Taqueria puts a unique spin on Mexican street food, sourcing heirloom corn varieties, seasonal and local ingredients, and fresh masa corn tortillas from Masienda in Los Angeles. Guests can savor Galitto's renowned Quesabirria Tacos, which have garnered their own devoted fan base. Slow-cooked Providence Cattle braised beef, marinated in guajillo chiles and veggies for 24 hours, served with thick beef consomme for the perfect dip, is a highlight. Other menu staples include puffy tacos, esquites street corn, quesadillas, churros, and more. Guests can also enjoy weekly taco deals and delectable specials.
